Esha Sharma
Founder / Chief Executive Officer
Esha Sharma founded The Language Treehouse to ensure language is a branch to opportunity, not a barrier to success, a mission rooted in her own upbringing in a multilingual household. Recognizing a critical gap in support for English language learners in K-12 education, she built an organization that provides tutoring to help ELL students and families navigate the educational system with confidence. Esha brings deep nonprofit leadership experience to this work, having previously been on the founding team and currently serving on the board of the Be W.I.S.E. Initiative to serve over 30 schools with STEM programming. She holds dual degrees from The Ohio State University in Political Science and Marketing, which she leverages to drive strategic growth and community impact. At the heart of her work is a lifelong commitment to creating safe, supportive spaces where every student feels heard and valued.
