Founder
Esha Sharma founded The Language Treehouse with a deeply personal mission: to ensure that language is a branch to opportunity, not a barrier to success. Growing up in a multilingual household, Esha developed an early appreciation for the richness of diverse languages and cultures. When she recognized a critical gap in support for English language learners in K-12 education, she knew she had both the passion and expertise to make a difference. The Language Treehouse was born from this vision, providing comprehensive translation services and tutoring that help ELL students and their families navigate the educational system with confidence and dignity.

Esha brings extensive nonprofit leadership experience to The Language Treehouse, having previously founded and scaled the Be W.I.S.E Initiative to serve over 30 schools with STEM programming, where she now serves as a board member. She holds dual degrees from The Ohio State University, a BA in Political Science with a minor in Spanish and a BSBA in Marketing, which she leverages to drive strategic growth and community impact. Throughout her career, Esha has remained committed to mission-driven work. Her approach centers on creating safe, supportive spaces where every student feels heard and valued, reflecting her lifelong dedication to serving her community through meaningful educational equity.
